About Kaz Shatford

Kaz Shatford is the heart behind Blue Lotus Healing in Cambridge, Waikato. She describes herself as a Reiki practitioner, sound healer and spiritual guide, and a mum of three with a lifelong passion for holistic healing and alternative therapies. Her interest began as a teenager in Christchurch, and over the years she has explored many pathways in health and wellbeing, including work in social work, mental health and addiction, before settling into holistic therapies. Blue Lotus Healing brings together knowledge, ancient traditions, energy work and intuition to support the balance of mind, body and soul. She welcomes people who are new to Reiki as well as those already familiar with energy healing, and says she holds space with care and compassion.
