What to contact us about

• A listing that is wrong, out of date or should not be shown.
• A listing that seems to make claims outside our listing standards.
• A privacy request: to see, correct or delete information you gave us (see our privacy page).
• A link that does not work, or a page that shows the wrong practitioner.
• Questions about how the directory works.

To ask a practitioner about their services, fees or bookings, use the contact links on their listing. We do not pass on messages by hand and we do not book appointments.

For practitioners

You do not need to email us to manage your listing.

• Already listed? Claim your listing to confirm you are the practitioner and to edit your details.
• Not listed yet? List your practice and we will review it against the listing standards.
• Need a small change? Send it through Update a listing.

If a form does not work for you, email us with the listing name and the change you need.

About the operator

The Healers directory is run by Rivendell, a New Zealand business. Email is our only support channel; there is no phone line for the directory.
